Same problem! Bravissimo is definitely the best place, but i find their shirts a little old fashioned and a little pricy (especially if you just want them for work wear!!!)
Another option this season is to get an oversized grandad shirt (www.asos.com has a great one) so that it fits over the bust but is big everywear else and cinch it in with one of the great chunky waist belts that are massive this season.
I tend to wear cute sheer shirts over a black vest and just leave the button that wont fasten undone! with some chunky gold jewelry it looks just as trendy (and workwear smart!) this summer.

Yep, Bravissimo is the place to go. The only place where you can get blouses and jackets to fit you if you are more than a DD cup.
They also have a great range of DD+ bras. They have shops in London, Solihull, Brighton amongst other places, or you can buy online at www.bravissimo.com. Good luck!

hmm...are you skinny and big-boobayed? That's the hardest combination. If you can fit into Larges, that might help! Otherwise...low-cut things usually give a lot of room for boob but it might be slutty! I don't know!

Maybe you need to buy the size that fits your chest, then alter the other parts.
If you need help doing that, let me know.
Good Luck
