First: use a condom
Second: use bed linen protection!
Third: Don't assume you will not get pregnant, if your next cycle is meant to be a short one, you might be ovulating and still have your period!
Other than that, if you and your partner are both ok, than go for it (you might actually enjoy the extra lubrication!)

umm I don't know about being dangerous but in my opinion its seems nasty ill kind of disgusting sorry ladies don't see what you see.
To do those who think that a women can get pregnant while having sex with her menstruation is mistaken simply cause a women is still ovulating when going through her menstrual cycle
so you are taking a chance of causing an unwanted pregnancy.
becarefull and if its that messy why do it ??

No, if you are in "Full Force" then it is going to feel a little wired and really messy, and you are going to be extremely sensitive and nut faster than ever, i always wait to about the 4th or 5th day where it's not quite as messy and i am not as sensitive, but do what you want and good luck

not dangerous as long as you're not infected with any blood borne diseases messy though (but a lot of women like it, something to do with not being able to get pregnant?)

No, maybe for your sheets though, I suggest putting a towlel down or doing it in the shower. Try no to get any water in there though..
