I am a boy, sorry to answer your question.
If you were single, no matter what you are doing to sexually satisfy yourself.
But you are telling that you are married, so it would be better you
satisfy yourself by your husband every time you need without any limitation.. Then you would reach the real orgasm and will enjoy at its fullest. Therefore, for you, masturbation is meaningless.

I am also married. I am 31 and still do it.often. there is nothing wrong with it and it doesn't bother my husband.. he just keeps begging to watch me...LOL Hun there is nothing wrong just enjoy!!!
Oh and also my husband satisfies me very well too.. orgasms and all... but I still enjoy and sometimes need to masturbate.. there is nothing wrong with it. I do it every other day, just make sure your sexual life is gratificant ( do you orgasm when having sex) and you're not trying to make up for that. If all else is ok, you are showing good hormonal health.
