Yes and i think everyone does this at one point or another without realizing it. It is all the small things. You can put a quarter in a homeless man's cup or give the right of way to another driver. This is kindness but no one sits there and say "i paid it forward"

Did you see the MOVIE "Pay it forward" ????
If not, rent it - it's a little older but it is awesome. It will make you want to pay it forward. I didn't know Prudential copied them. I try to smile at people even when I'm feeling really down. I try to help my kids out as much as possible. I do what I can - not a lot of money though. I owe I owe I owe......

I try to live this as much as possible and practice random acts of kindness. It's a personal feel good thing, keeps your mind off your own problems while creating good for no obvious reason in the world.
At work its loads of fun because people are not expecting you to be concerned with their personal well being or be reading their body language and then ask what is going on with them, be it happy or sad.
It takes so little time to just smile or do a kind thing and go on your way and it leaves you and others feeling so much better about their day.

Everyone does something out of the goodness of their hearts - it is human nature.
I have opened doors for many a Mom with small children or strollers, for elderly, for someone with their arms full. I have paid the balance of someones bill at a store during Christmas season and paid for someone's lunch, because they didn't have cash on them - all strangers all who, I believe will remember the nice thing that I did for them and will remember it when they next see someone in need of a little smile or help, or fifty cents to make a phone call.

Of course, and I hope you have too. It doesn't have to be of giant proportions. Opening a door for an elderly or handicapped person. Giving someone part of your lunch if they forgot theirs. Mowing a lawn for someone in the neighborhood who just had surgery. There are many ways to pay it forward. If everyone did, think what a better world this would be.

I was riding my motorbike down the highway one day and the car in front of me had a tire blow out. They pulled off to the side of the road; it was an older couple and I doubt he was able to do change it.. I offered and went ahead and changed the tire for them. He offered me some money, but I said no...just glad to help out. They were very thankful.
In other circumstances, there have been others that have offered
me similar assistance in the time of need.
What goes around, comes around.

That commercial gives me such a good feeling. I try to at least do one thing everyday. Small things count too, just like in the commerical.

Yes. Ive done things like clean my sisters apt when she was away on a bus trip so she could come home to a clean house and have nothing to do. Ive offered to do things for people that they found hard but it was a breeze for me.
