my friends are making a big deal about mens penis's(not just guys).. like some men more forskin on their penises then others. If some of my friends do, its not like its their fault. one of my friends said he had more forskin on his penis. and everyone is taunting him about it. should i do sumthin about it?

What your dealing with is a "Rite of Passage", don't do anything against those who are participating unless they start talking about cutting themselves to be equal. (Only a trained Plastic Surgeon should do such) In such cases, the bonding established will last long after the original taunting is forgotten, so if you want your friends to not carry the scar and develop werid internal responses, remind the taunted of things they excell in so they do not internalize the pain of being made fun of.

The only reason he has more forskin is because he was not circumsized. It really should be nothing to be ashamed about. Its natural and my bf is like that and so is both of my boys.
