God created the man but he chose to be the traitor and didn't follow God's word. God is as sad as you are about it.

The Christians will tell you that this is because of Adam introducing sin into the world. God didn't create them ,we created ourselves. This is the answer you will get from the fundamentalists. I think we have traitors because we have too much greed and hatred in our hearts.

God gave people a choice. You can be good or evil, you deny him or worship him. Of course he does promise eternal damnation for evil people, and according to Dante's Inferno traitors even have a level in hell all to themselves. I believe that they are frozen there on the 9th and deepest level. Which shows that Dante really didn't like traitors.

God created people to love us. (the same reason people choose to have children) He loves us so much that he gave us free will. Some choose to become traitors.

God created man. Man is flawed. Anyone who is a traitor isn't right with God. The devil probably has ahold of them and is messing with their head.

why did GOD create AIDS? and Herpes? and Guns? and Terrorist? and Sharks that eat people? and poisonous frogs? and e-coil? and Poverty? and Hunger? and women/men who cheat on their spouse?
Cause he didn't create anything. If such a wonderful man existed then he would have created things a tad better don't ya think?

God created man with a FREE WILL. This means that all human beings are free to choose what they do, think, say, etc.. He created man but gave him the ability to choose,
We choose our actions, not God.

God didn't create betrayers, it is a choice we make in life. It is one of God's greatest gifts to mankind, the gift of free will choice. It can be that we do it out of jealousy, anger, just to generally be hurtful, but it is all our choice.
