Pre 9-11 people may have just laughed at you. However, in the Post 9-11 world, the police will arrest you just for looking suspicious. Unfortunately the outfit that you wear looks like a terrorist's suicide bomb outfit. Therefore, the police think you're a terrorist. Sorry, you can't wear that anymore.

if this a real question ... i think its cuz u may not be showing your fishing lisence and most police and their counterparts would b suspicious of what your intentions are. most states in america have fishing and gaming laws that u must have your fishing license visable at all times.... and if ur wearing all that and your intention isnt fishing... then u probably should b getting stopped and checked out by the police.
