My husband needs to print out the letters for his bike trailer's registration plate. How do I do it?

You need to find the legal size of letters first. If your in Britain the construction and use people get really 'funny' about incorrect plates.
I forget exact numbers but I think they have to be minimum of two and half wide by 3" high and 3/8"wide lines. you should be able to get letter font with photoshop or similar then stretch etc to size you need (banner printing)
