macro is the big picture - so more disposable income would mean positive impact on your industry (fashion), as would government regulation etc (ie tax on silk goes up so does your price for fashion items with silk in!) - Macro issues affect all (your cmpetitors etc!
Micro is related to your business - so if you have a snazzy new IT system that means you can process orders in 10 mins rather than 10 days thats a big plus for your business plan. Or if you local council decides to restrict parking outside your shop - not good.
