HAHAHAHA , i found a similiar question , so i decide to ask about it .
Well i got a classmate < girl > , which i like :P
< trying to date her :P >
Since that I like her i used to see her , but everytime i see her
i saw bruises on her hand also
She told me that she got a crazy bro
that got stress everytime after work
She told me that he like to beat her , pinch her , scratch her even bite her sometime XD
Well looking at the person i like been beat up
I felt real hard
Humm what should i do huh ?
Try not to say smth stupid like call the lawyer , the cops , the navy seal , the president or ask me to kill his bro XD

You already know what to do, but you don't want to have the finger pointed at you to be the bad guy. Just continue to talk to her about it. She may have low self esteem or doesn't want to be known as a tattle tail for calling the po po's on her bro. You continue to have her back and invite her to go out with as much as possible and have lots of study dates. Try to keep her busy away from her brother. But not too much because the brother on the other hand might get jealous that you are trying to steal her away(nothing sexual for those of you who may think it). But I would say to keep talking to her about it and try to give her little advice here and there and hopefully she will strengthen and won't be too scared to go against or leave her brother.

You need to be there for her and write down the date time and where the bruises are. She needs you more than you realize. If it continues I would definitely call the police or someone to get her help because noone deserves to be beat on for any reason what so ever. If she means that much to you then protect her and get her some help before he hurts her really bad or even kills her.
Most of all she needs your support right now untill she is strong enough to get help herself.

Yea the poor girl needs help. Talk to her about it and about how you feel and want to help her. Ask if there is anything you can do to help. She's already told you whats going on she might not mind taking help if its offered to her. If its not to late hang with her at her house when her brother comes home so you can witness and understand whats going on and intervene when needed. If you witness it and its pretty serious then yea I hate to say something stupid but boy needs to be locked up and go through therapy.

Simply tell her that whether or not she believes it, She Deserves Better.
People allow themselves to be treated that way when they feel (deep down) that they deserve it. She probably saw her mom get abused when she was young or maybe she was abused. Usually, someone who didn't get abused as a young person would NEVER put up with it as an adult.
So tell her "You do not deserve this, no one does". Just leave him and if you need support and a friend, I am here". You don't deserve it.

Since it's a classmate go to the guidance councilor, they have an obligation when something like that is reported to investigate the matter. (and it can be done without anyone knowing it was you that reported the situation)

Threse nothing you can do but be supportive. That what my bf did when my bro use to beat me up. He had to earn my trust before i really opened up to him. but he let me tell him everything and he didn't say things like he was gonna kill him or anything. he just listened to me.
