Yes. I use a battery from Eaton's to run my cerebrum when I feel the quickening of the day. And honestly have travelled through universes of otherliness that do not approach a likeness of this day. When I was older I used to walk quickly through my neighbours mind to see what groceries he needed for the Griaffe bowl.

And often people don't look like they are sincere and often I can't speak the language of commercialism, capitalism, staus quo ism.

I don't like work.

I enjoy school.

I don't like my own neighbourhood and have often felt culture shock in my own society.

I cut my hair short and wear a tie and speak the speak but I am not like most. And I am happy for that.

I like all people. I like Americans and Iraqi's.

I like Muslims and Jews and Christians.

I like French people.

I think women should have mor power and I am a man.

My wife is my best friend.

I think being politically correct sucks.

I don't care what you think about me.

Maybe I am just like everyone though. Maybe I just say this to rub my ego and make me feel like I have some self worth for me. Maybe it's selfish and I am not different.

But I like your question and it was fun to answer.

No. As much as I would like to think so, no i'm not. We're all unique but yet still the same. One personality may differ from another with it's likes and dislikes but it's still an ego and it's all the same. Striving to be different has all been done before. No matter how you mix it up it's all the same. Maybe something that gets me angry(or whatever emotion) might not get someone else angry but you will eventually find something that pushes that persons anger button. The emotion is the same. Underneath we're all just regular old humans.

That's a hard question to answer...

I could say yes. I can say, I strive to be different than anyone else. But, if everyone else is also striving to be different, I'm just like them.

I could say, I'm unique.. an individual... just like everyone else in the world, so that means I'm still like them.

No matter what I do, or what I try to do, it's already been done thousands of times before me.

So, maybe it isn't that hard to answer. No, I'm not that different. I'm no different than you, the person who posted above me or the person who posted below me.

We are all striving to be our own person and in doing so, we make our self no different than anyone else.

In some ways, I seem to be unique from others I've met. However, if I were to post how many people have the foibles I have, there would probably be a pretty good cross section of persons with the same ones, although maybe not the ENTIRE group...

There is a quote I like that answers this:

You laugh at me because I'm different, I laugh at you because you're all the same...

I like the differences, but we're all human. This is why racism makes no sense.

I laugh, I love, I hope, I try,
I hurt, I need, I fear, I cry
And I know you do the same things, too
So we're really not that different, me and you

It is our human weakness to transcende ourselves into something better. The only way to do that is to tap into something that no one else possess and as such, we like to believe that we are individually unique......whether because of the belife system that we subscribe, the group of pple that we identify with, unique abilities we think we possess etc.....
