I would say Inge or Rowand, but I lean more towards Inge as he has been playing well this season and he is on the hot team right now.

If you need stolen bases you definetly should start vizquel or rowand. But the best overall player is Ibanez. Also try to find whos has the best schedule. For example if one of them plays a series with Kansas City put him to play.

Overbay and Inge are good solid options at the utility spot, but I would have to go w/ R. Ibanez. He, along w/ Ichiro and Jose Lopez, are the only guys producing offense in Seattle and he has better numbers than the guy you listed. So again, go with Ibanez.

Ibanez. The guy has raised his avg like 10-15 points in the past week. I just picked him up and he looks like a stud the past 10 games.

Ibanez, he's hot right now and has Ichiro hitting in front of him so will see a lot of RBI opportunities

its all about matchups...the best way to keep a fantasy team is to check everyday and get the best MATCHUPS in there. good luck with your team bro. i'd like to have your problem of having those players to choose from.
