I agree with some of the other people with saying go for a light pink shirt, but make sure it is a solid pink with no design on it and then you could go for a pink design tie.
You could also wear white shirt (if you don't like the pink idea) and wear a tie that has a design of blues and white.
Or you could go with even orange.
Try not to do the boring colors: tan, brown, black, silver, gold, and white. Any bright color would look really classy and bright colors are always in fashion for the summer. And if you don't like bright, then go with white!

I think you should wear a white shirt with a white tie.
White-on-white is MAD classy and will look styling with the pin stripes....also a suit with stripes, plus one color shirt and another color tie will create WAY too much clutter going on...keep it simple. I'm telling ya, white and white all the way, soooo classy for the prom...especially when wearing pin stripes which is somewhat unconventional for a prom.

I would wear white since it would bring out the color of the pin stripes. Any light color would work but definitely stay away from Black or blue because it would clash. If you want to play it safe, stick with white or light blue even.

I think a pink tie will look nice with the shirt white, or a light blue shirt and a multi-colored tie as long as it has the tux color in it. But you should match with your date too.

Try pink. And a pink and navy patterned tie.
Or a light gray with the tie having several colors in it.

light blue shirt and get a cool wacky tie that has some blue on it or if u want to look all formal then a blue tie with horizontal lines
