"Available on Canadian networks" it means that I must pay extra fee for such CNN ,etc.?? acturally , how many channels does Canadian networks has? they said that"the most programming options with more than 400+ channels to choose from" , what is the exact meaning? If I can choose only about 10 channels from 400+ channels , it means what ? I can't believe the ad anymore.

you are wise to be wary. First of all $20 dollars is the minimum plan... you don't get much. As far as i know ExpressVu is satellite tv..... you can order pay-per-vu using your phone line but the actual service requires a satellite dish and "de-scrambler" box. this you must purchase. the kit is about $150.
The other problem you might encounter is signal loss during bad weather.
I just recently sold my satellite dish and equipment and subscribed to cable....cheaper and hassle-free.
