A good number of the non-metals outside of the noble gasses can be found in living organisms: C, H, O, N, S, Cl, Br, F, I, Se. You will also find a fair number of metals in various forms, such as Ca, Na, K, Co, Cu, Fe, and Mn.

I have no idea - I was taught that over 80 percent of the body is water (in medical school)
But I have no idea what elements you mean. Maybe I know to much about the subject - or maybe too little.
It would be nice if you explained to me what you mean with elements.
Or do you mean it is a chemistry question and you mean the elements of the periodical system.
Then I would have to say I would have to look that up. I never had that in medical school.
