Many people say that, but it's not true.
There are only a few ways to grow them:
1.) Gain more weight (in fat). This works because breasts are 90% fat, so they would grow, but so would your entire body.
2.) Genes. It really depends on your parents mostly.
3.) Exercise. Upper arm exercises like wieght lifting and chin-ups make the part of your body where your arm stops and your breast starts be more muscular, making your breasts look bigger.
Really, take what you can get though. It is a pain to worry about "how big you are." Some people go their whole lives as a 32A.

Eating cheese and other dairy products does not increase breast size.
I think many people have answered that question already.
And as someone pointed out the increased tone of the chest muscles (called Pectoralis major and minor) does "show off'the breast .By increasing the tone of the muscles, you provide a 'firm footing' to the breast tissue and it looks more prominent.
That is my understanding.:)

sure, if you eat lots of it, then you'll gain weight. If you gain weight, it'll be all over, so yeah, your breasts would get bigger as well. . .
but aside from that . . . probably not.
