try the fat smash diet - you detox at first, but you still get to eat real food - it's basically vegetarian at the beginning so not meat and only a couple of carbs though. So you will lose 5 lbs really fast, then you should be able to lose 2 lbs./week after that if you exercise 30 min/5x a week.

run abou 4 miles a day. avoid meat and oily foods. runnin will help alot.
diet matters too
