Happened with one person. Have broken up with him at least 8 times. He seems to have a way about him where he works his way back into my life. Just broke up with him again...and again he wants to just be friends. This time, I'm keeping truly at the friends stage only and allowing phone or email contact weekly only. I'm hoping he'll tire of that and move on. Problem is...he's actually a great guy...for somebody....just not for me.

My high school sweetheart turned out to be a raving psycho. But of course I was young and didn't know until it was too late. Trying to leave her resulted in catastrophic events, most of which you probably wouldn't even believe unless I told you. My advice? When dating someone, find out as much about his/her family as soon as possible. Had I known about her family life, I could've seen the signs.
I'll give you an example:
She had a problem with me going out with my friends. How bad? Well, once I went out hiking with my friends for the day. She didn't want me to go. I went anyway. When I came back that evening, cops were all over the front yard of the house and inside the house. They said someone had broken into the house and raped her. I was being asked all kinds of questions as to my whereabouts. Months later, I discovered that she had faked the whole thing, and even had a friend beat her up a bit to make it more 'realistic'. I talked to the investigators after finding this out. They said, "Yeah, we know." Oh great. Thanks for telling me.

Has never happened to me, but, I have a friend that did experience this - he met a woman that seemed real nice and sincere, over a course of months she was stealing from him, forging checks, poisoning his dog and tried to kill him by giving him an overdose of pain killers. True story! I had thought these things only happened in movies!!

I had a crush on a very bad guy the summer when I was 18!
He made me feel like I was the prettiest girl in the world!
.....he was such a bad guy though.....the last time I saw him I was visiting him during his "exercise/free time" down at the county jail........

Well- when I did- it was by mistake.. I'd date someone- only to find out they were CRAZY... DERANGED.. and it seemed to be a pattern for a long time.. I few times I ran for my LIFE..
One guy- he threw himself out of a window- (or so he claimed) - because of me.. I think it was more his mental state- cause we never went out- he saw me, talked to me, showed up at my church and began stalking me.. anyway.. I thought he was gone.. then one day someone rang my doorbell- I went to go look- it was some guy I never met.. I asked him what he wanted- he said "Trey is down here"
I looked down.. and here's this dude in the wheelchair- motioning me to come out..
Strange odd things..
