For example, you can find plenty of information on the Internet about which celebrities are with which agency. Hayden Christensen, Tom Cruise, Steven Spielberg, Dew Barrymore, Natalie Portman, Helen Hunt, and many other stars have contracts with Creative Artists Agency, but when you look for specifics about how they got these contracts, no information is available. It simply says they signed with them; when you visit the website for Creative Artists Agency, however, it says they do not accept unsolicited submissions. How do they bridge this gap to finding a reputable agency?

You would want to contact a talent agent. I have found out the best thing to do is watch a movie that has your favorite actor and then contact the agent that did the casting.
