In Indiana you must have a photo ID to vote, not you should but a must have. Is this a good ideal for the rest of the nation? Before you go into the it will disenfranchise the poor, you need an ID to do almost anything else in this country from buying smokes, or beer to getting a job. Indiana also gave away free ID cards to people that claimed they could not afford to get one otherwise. I believe this will be precedent soon.

Not really understanding your question. But giving ID cards to all it's citizens is a good idea, for identification purposes. Still don't know what you mean, i can see your english is not that good.

in a perfect society, yes, but it does leave the door wide open for abuse. It does unfairly target those who don't have transportation, or just recently moved, etc...I would liken that to 'undue burden'. And with all of the gerrymandering going on these days, what's to stop people from delaying the process for blacks, or building DMVs further away from poor communities? I say reinstate the voter's rights' act, first. Everyone's votes need to be protected, and counted

I think we should have to prove that we are US citizens and that we live in the area we're voting in. I also think there should be a system that inputs that we have voted so that we can't vote more than once. This whole idea of letting anyone vote, no ID required is just plain silly.

I think no because Inidana has their on law and regulation to their state just like we have ares if we do that all over the world it might not work out like it did in Indiana and the country doesn't need to lose anymore money.

It is a good idea; it would stop a lot of voter fraud.
