First and foremost he would make sure his wealth was protected then make sure his family was out of harms way then he would make sure his cronies were out of harms way. And a plan to escape to a pristine part of the world. Just in case something could go wrong.
Then he would blow N. Korea to smithereens.
All he really would have to do is kill the leader of N. Korea and he had this same option with Iraq. Or he could seal off the borders of N. Korea. The same option he had with Iraq.

First, North Korea simply doesn't have the tools to "blow up the USA". Their pathetic president is posturing to keep his people motivated. The nation is starving and yet they develop a few little bombs as some great force against we monsterous people.

Bush has been gentle but firm with North Korea. The supposed "unilateralist" in the White House has long tried to do everything with the other influential and primary parties present: China, Russia, South Korea, and Japan. He has been careful to a fault in order to keep the North Korean from gaining an excuse for war. We have been critical of how he addressed Iraq and Iran with rigid firmness but North Korea with kid gloves. It is not to keep North Korea from 'blowing up' America, but to keep North Korea from an excuse to invade South Korea. If Seoul is target practice with one of those bombs, the needless loss of life and distruction would be enormous. He keeps North Korea from an excuse to use Tokyo as target practice for one of his little bombs, again the losses would be enormous. Iraq had people on the payroll awaiting the opportunity to get back to work and assemble a bomb. Iran is actively engaged in making a bomb. North Korea, we suspect aren't working on them, they already have them. Right now they are working on how to deliver them. Right now, if they are lucky, they could hit Anchorage.

He would probably give a pretty speech about how America won't be bullied, and then do absolutely nothing to solve it. That's been the current policy with North Korea, so why should it change?

N. Korea and Iran make threats like that all the time. I say nuke Iran, Iraq, and N. Korea. The UN wont say a word, and if they do we kick them out of America.

One thing for sure is he would deliver to their doorstep the means to produce nuclear weapons like President Clinton did.

Probably ensure that they never had the means to attack anyone again. I know that liberals get scared at the possibility of someone keeping their word, but conservatives tend to back up what we say.
