Like when you tell that person online on your messenger to delete you and he asks you why and you say so you won't be reminded of what a bad person he's been to you and how much he has harassed you? And he said "It's all in your head".

I think they are saying that You are thinking about this too much. You are putting added stress on yourself because you think this way. Basically that Phrase means you are thinking about the situation differently than most others would. Therefore those bad thoughts are "In your Head" alone, and not in most others.

Hello,
Honey, the question is moot. I mean that it doesn't matter WHAT he says. If you want to dump him, that is your right and you don't need to explain to him why. OK, it's nice to give an explanation, but if HE won't accept what you say, then he's not going to accept ANYTHING you say. He's trying to "reason" with you to continue the relationship.
But if ya don't wanna, then ya don't havta. Pure and simple.

Most IM's have a way to BLOCK an undesired person. Which IM do you have? Go to the IM Help section and ask it DELETING friends or groups. Or ask it how to BLOCK..

Follow your instincts, whether from your "head" or from your "gut" and discontinue any relationship that doesn't feel good to you anymore.

I wish you love
stw

He is trying to insinuate that he is not harassing you and that you are imagining it. It sounds, however, like you have every right to delete him.

Remember that harassment is a very personal thing, if you feel like you are being violated it doesn't matter if the other person doesn't feel like you are, you have a right to feel secure and you are well within your rights to tell this guy to leave you alone.

"It's all in your head" means "you are imagining it"

Well, maybe not your head, per se. It doesn't sound like there's a whole lot of activity going on in there.

It usually means that person thinks you are imagining it all. In the above case, it sounds like he is a jerk, who thinks it is all in your imagination!

As in it doesn't have to be like that .......it could mean two things.
either that it doesn't exist, or that it could be other than what you think.
