They can and probably do. I did not understand some of the answers above. Something about Iran being more likely to use them???? If the US is less likely to use them. Why do they need them in the first place?

India and Pakistan have various control mechanisms before a nuclear war could really take place. In India the bomb controls are in civilian hands, and there is a first use prevention mechanism that even the Americans admit is safer and better than their own. The governments in both countries are not run by religious fanatics who issue any fatwa or despots (aka Saddam once upon a time)

As far as Iran is concerned, this was one of the only countries to go against all international norms by holding hostage diplomats (US Embassy) on instructions from religious fanatics. Though Iran has improved, it is felt by the Americans (and globally) that it has not yet matured enough to be handle such a huge responsibility.

It is agreed that the US is the only country that has used atomic weapons against humans (Hiroshima and Nagasaki), but use of nuclear weapons against Iraq or Afghanistan is propaganda and misinformation fabricated to increase/create hatred in the Muslim mind by the Muslims themselves.

I am not from the US or its it's lackey country that old maid with open legs run by blair.

To correct something, India and Pakistan are no nuclear powers. The reason that Iran is not allowed, because it has an unstable government, which could collapse any moment, plus their political position against the rest of the world doesn't give a warm and fuzzy feeling either.

because iran is more likely to use them, as is the case with north korea. those nations are more "isolated" from the international community. Didn't the leader of iran say recently that the Jews should be wiped off the map?

You don't want someone with that type of rhetoric to have access to nuclear weapons.

India and Pakistan have been peaceful for the most part I think. No, USA hasn't used nuclear weapons or chemical weapons in Iraq/Afghanistan.

Well your question appeared to be in English, but after reading it I'm not so sure.
If I understand your question correctly, you're wondering why we don't want Iran to have nuclear weapons when we have them?
Because Iran has nothing to lose. Iran has already said that they will use them. Iran has proven through other ways that they don't care if they get blown up as long as they can destroy Israel or their other enemies.
What's to keep Iran from selling nuclear weapons to other enemies of the U.S. for profit?
Iran can't keep goats in a pen, do you really want them having nuclear weapons?

The first Atomic bomb was made and used by USA. Then RUSSIA took the technology with secret plannings. it then transfered to Israiel & France. Israiel transfered it to all small countries. So i think there is no question to be worry for the world if Iran get it.

It with the aid of actuality Israel needs to be the only u . s . interior the middle east to have the bomb, and because we are a puppet government of Israel we follow their orders. there is no archives that Iran is even attempting to make a bomb, and so a procedures they have not been shown to have violated the words of the NPT. unusual, Israel won't sign the treaty, yet they keep with the rhetoric approximately no longer permitting Iran even to generate electric powered capacity by making use of making use of nuclear capacity.
