In the NL, the only teams that have been consistent winners in that span would have been the Braves and the Cardinals. From 1996-2005, the Braves were 977-641. Cardinals were only 894-725.
In the AL, it could only be the Yankees, who won the AL East nearly every year in that span. Yankees were 982-634 during that span.

I'm going with the Yankees. After all, they had that dynasty for several years, and I believe they were over or near.500 every year.

i would guess the yankees, i dont think they've won fewer than 100 games since they won it all in 96.
