I have this upper backache since early this year. But i'm not sure whether it is muscle ache or due to the bone. It irritate me when i sit too long. some say its due to stress as i'm having major exam this year some say i might have problem with my back bone. Wat should i do?

go to the Dr. or the emergency room they will runs tests and tell you what is wrong.

well dear, depends have you had any test done, is it your spine? or is it your galbladder? please let me know if you have had test done.. if all they have done is xray thats not good enough. I know that I had major upper back pain and then nausea with it and come to find out I had glabladder diseas. well hope you do figure out what is going on. do you have big breast?? I do and my upper back hurts all the time, where your bra to tight?? bad posture.oh and stress yes women are known for that upper back pain too for stress.. hope all gets better chow4now

It could be so many different things... muscle, skeletel, cartilidge... you should really go see a doctor if it has been bothering you for that long. It could be something serious, especially if it is getting worse. Go see one!

most women get sore near there upper back. near the bra closer in the back. you might try getting a better fitting bra. I use to have that problem until i saw a doc and she told to get a more suppotive bra.

you may have arthitis problem.. many people get that when they sit too much. correct your posture and exercise may help... but see a doctor is best bet!

bad posture? go to the doctors and have them evaluate you for spinal problems.
