My grandmother had a healthy pregnancy at 44 and this was 50+ years ago. It depends on whether the individual woman has started menopause yet or not. Some women will have by that age and some women will have another 5-10 years before they see any symptoms.

sure it's possible to have babies at 44. As far as menopause I do believe that just depends on the woman. There is no set age for menopause to kick in.

It is still entirely possible to have a baby at 44 - & the baby will be healthy & strong, too. If the woman has fully completed menopause, then no - she can't have a baby.
