I wouldnt say an hour the limit to lose fat throughout the whole day is 25 minutes straight.

Hey, get a life will ya?? You don't have to work out in hours in a day.
You can atleast work out half-an hour a day. But if you practice Yoga just for 25 mins a day, you will loose enough weight in one month.

It depends on how much you want to lose and how quickly you want to lose it. I would say exercise between 45 to 60 minutes per day and you will shed some pounds gradually.

half an hour of cardi work - treadmill, bike, etc - and some weights for 20-40 mins is pretty good. a healthy, balanced diet is also essential.

depends on ur body. i can run for 20 minutes and be toned for about 2 weeks after running just once, or 30 crunches could last me two weeks. some have to do it every day twice a day day and night. just depends on ur body hun :)
