Most charts are now based on a BMI (body mass index). Someone who is 5'7 should have BMI of 18.5-24.9, which is roughly 120-155 lbs. You also have to take into consideration how muscular they are, and bone structure.

I am 5'6" and 28 y/o. I dont think age has that much to do with it....at least when you are young. My ideal weight is around 127..but that is muscle mass. You can weigh 135 with muscle and still look lean and fit.It all depends on if the weight is muscle or fat. So, I am guessing at around 135 for you..with muscle.

I think any where from 100 to 130 it depends on what you do really such as are you active or are you a lazy person

it depends on your body type and muscle. Ask your doctor, anywhere from 120-135 should be healthy and fit
