It depends where it is love. You gotta have warm baths all month round and that wll ease the pain you get when you come on.

But try not to scrunch up in a ball, even though it feels better like that in some pisitions. Get up and start stretching, its the best thing to do, take some strong painkillers and go bed for an hour, i bet you feel better after, and if it really bad and when your painkillers are waring off, take another two so you dont feel pain.

oh and hot water bottles against your stomch or back is good too.

and primrose tablets.

I know most people will recomend pills, either painkillers or birthcontrol pills, but don't see yourself as an ill person to be constantly medicated. Try things that will ease the cramps, such as warmth and exercise, or a warm bath. If the bleeding is heavy it might be different, but if it is not, remember you are getting ready to be a mother (not just yet though) and this is one of the things that happens sometimes. All medication has some side effects, so try to avoid it if possible. Try the Food Doctor, to see if there is any way you can ease this by modifying your diet.
Good luck

You might need to discuss this with your doctor. I know it can be emabrrasing for a 15 year old to go to her mom or her doc about it, but I started going when i was 15. It's really not that bad. But it could be something more serious like endometriosis..which is when your uteine lining grows outside of your uterus and on other organs in your body. It's pretty painful..and if left untreated can cause fertility problems later in life. i would suggest you get checked out just to be on the safe side! Best wishes!

You may have an ovarian cyst. They are typically not serious so don't panic.
Have your parents make a Dr appointment. Youwill likely have to have a sono gram to cnfirm it. They have a med that you take that can actually disolve them, but mine was too severe for that.
My Dr put me on the pill so I don't get them now. If its more then what Midol or Ibprophen can take care its time to see the Dr. Thats what my doc says.
Good Luck, I truely know what its like, on the pill, you won't have but maybe a small cramp once every several months.

Midol and Pamprin both work well. Warm water baths, showers or hot water bottles or heating pads help too. If it continues, see your GYN for a prescription. Drink plenty of water and avoid food and drinks with alot of caffein. Consuming alcohol can also make menstral pain worse.

Hello! I know exactly how you feel I used to get really bad cramps and sickness too. The best cure is to go on the Pill or ring or something similar. If your too young just stick on the pain killers until you can obtain one of the above conterceptions. i went on to the pill and I dont even notice my periods now. ..Good Luck :)

birth control really helps. i went on at about your age. Try running, i know it doesnt sounds appealing when you have your period but exercise actually helps relieve some of the pain. Also you can try heating pads, baths, hot showers, asprin, and wear pads instead of tampons(i hear that works, i dont actually know)
but birth control is really the best. and if that doesnt work then your gyno/DR and they might perscribe you with a mild pain reliever.
