NO, they are NOT openly gay.
seigfried and roy are no heroes to the gay community. they let gay audiences "get it" so they could make more money, but they have never come out publicly. in 2003 they were the 9th most prosperous celebrities - imagine if they had been open and honest and out to the world what impression that could have made on all those fans out there.
they've never denied it, but they've never been out and honest and proud about it. look at their own site:

all it says on wikipedia is: "For many years, they shared living quarters, and the conventional wisdom in Vegas is that they are former gay lovers."
