If you want to loose your weight you suppose to start thinking about two things: new diet and some activity.
1. Diet:
Eat this same size and how often you it but change what you eat. Change milk for lower level cakes without chocolate, eat this same size of sandwiches and the number but start thinking what will be better on those for you.
2. Activity:
Start do some think what you like doing and it will be great if you will feel that you move your body. About 20 minutes will be good for the start - don't work on your abdominal part ONLY because you will feel that your muscle will be more tense and that's all. You won't loose your fat. It should be some exercises that you involve all your body. Start doing for the beginning 20 minutes and then more. If you feel that you are fit and you only want to tense your all body you can work on the gym equipment.

many people have said oto exercise regularly and eat healthy. Those are very true, but there is also another way (not including medication or surgery). Your body needs 2 liters of water a day to keep working. Many drink only half of that. Water will flush waste out of your body, making you lose weight. I have tried it, and it really works.
Tip: This will only work if you cut back on salt. Salt makes you retain water so you would get really bloated. Just lose the salt shaker and cook a bit more carefully.

Well, as you know.....eat less and exercise.
But here are some tips.
Drink plenty of water - 8 or more glasses a day! It will help you to feel full. Its also very good for your health.
Choose exercise you LIKE - there is something for everyone. If you really don't like, do it to your fave music. That really makes a difference.
Give yourself a positive incentive - like getting into a special dress, or imagine your fave hot guy fancying you...
Think how healthy and smug you will feel!!!!
Ask friends and family to help and encourage you.

You could try reading Paul McKenna's book "I can make you thin" Not that anyone needs to be thin - just the rigt weight for them. But the book helps.

Diets don't work. Go for a lifestyle change. Look at what you are eating and what is adding the extra calories. Exercise more and make a weight goal that you want to reach and then keep your lifestyle change to maintain it. Good luck.

Eat healthy foods,
exercise for at leat 40minutes 3-4 times a week,
drink plenty of water to flush out toxins about 8 cups/1 1/2- 2 litres a day,
stuff your diet with plenty of variation,
eat loads of fruit and veg,
cut out excess fat and junk food like crisps and biscuits,
enjoy 'treat' foods in moderation
and you should be okay!

eat a little less and do more exersice
you need to ensure you burn off more calories than you eat
also do not eat too close to going to bed your metabolisim slows down when you are sleeping meaning calories are burned off at a slower rate
there is an old saying about the most healthy way to eat
eat like a king in the morning
eat like a prince in the afternoon
eat like a pauper in the evening

Try looking upon your body as a car. If you don't take your car out for a drive (exercise) but just leave it ticking over in the drive,(sitting on your ****), you won't need to put loads of fuel (food) in.
If you keep putting fuel in and don't go anywhere, your tank will everflow (get fat). After all our body is only a machine that carries our brain around!
