★★★ SENDING MASS EMAILS ★★★

◙ In any email program or web-based email you send several at one time by putting more than one email address in the TO: box separated by commas or semicolons like below.

address1@mail.com, address2@mail.com, address3@mail.com, address4@mail.com, address5@mail.com, address6@mail.com

◙ Go to you address book and make a new address and add several email addresses to it like above and then give it a name. This works great for small mailing lists, newsletters, product updates etc. any small group mailing.

◙ Most email programs and web-based email accounts limit how many you can send at one time.

◙ If you want to send more than they allow you should get one of the following applications.

◙ MAILING LIST MANAGER SOFTWARE

YOu can type or paste all the email addresses into the TO area of the email, separated by a comma or semi colon. Also you can use a distribution list as many email programs have this function.

You can send mass emails at one time using autoresponders. You can check out some autoresponders at:

Depends on the program you're using. You can create a distribution list if you're using outlook.
