I would like to help you out here, but the question needs some more details. 200 sq. ft. is possible, but I need to know if this is supposed to be a multiplex building or just a simple granny flat.

I don't have drawings but had to respond. My first Apt, in NYC was about 400 sq. ft.,,,,Huge compared to what you suggest.
Are you crafiting this space? looking for that size space? Interested in an existing space that size and want to see efficient configurations?
Consider a hotel/motel/motor lodge space.
Approx, 300 sq ft average, but depending on needs and no fear of small spaces, you might consider fold away sleeping situations, and even seating situations. A bathroom can be 30 sq. ft, and still be adequate. A kitchen/bar/stool/and appliances can be less than 100 sq. ft.
Share more about your rational.
