Not that I am aware of. While somebody needing to utilize small claims court can consult an attorney, they are not allowed to accompany anybody inside or to speak for another person. The only time an attorney is allowed in is when they have brought a case before the court in which he/she is a plaintiff or defendant. An actual litigant in a court case.

Are you aware it is against the Community Guidelines to post your real e-mail address of other personally identifiable information? I just wanted to let you know. Those who break the Community Guidelines can lose the privilege of participating in the Answers Forum. If the rule breakage is serious enough an individual can also lose their e-mail account, their Yahoo! Messenger usage, and other Yahoo! services and utilities, like the Yahoo! 360 blog participation, etc.

Good luck in small claims.
