I don't know about poisonous, but all reptiles can carry bacteria on their skin that can be harmful, especially to children. That is why washing hands after touching your reptile is very important.

Depends on the location where the house lizard lives as well as its diet ... some lizards develop a conglomeration of bacteria in their mouths, which acts like a poison to many creatures (the Komodo Dragon is an extreme but viable example). The only ouright poisonous lizards belong to Helodermata ... the Gila Monster & Mexican Beaded Lizard.

In an of itself it's not, there are only two lizards with venom, the beaded lizard and the Gila monster. But it may have bacteria on it or carry salmonella, so just wash your hands.
