If you do a little research you will find That Planned Parenthood that has a presence in many schools at even the primary level. They subtlety encourage children to engage in sexual activity. This of course results in many young girls becoming pregnant, which leads to a large number of abortions being performed. Last element in this chain Planned Parenthood OWNS many of the abortion clinics in this country. Bottom line it's all about the bucks!

As someone suggested it's probably best to talk with some of your peers you know that are already having sex at that age. I believe that many engage in sex b/c they think it's cool, helps them to become popular, and mainly low self esteem. Unfortunately, there are more and more young girls giving oral sex to these boys. This again, it to fit in.
There could be many reasons why these kids are doing what they are doing. You may have a huge majority of them being exposed to sex at even a younger age due to sexual abuse. Again, these are the kids that have probably been abused by family members, etc. feel that's what they should be doing.
I believe you could probably help others kids that are engaging in this destructive behavior. Perhaps get other like-minded kids together in organize some sort of rally or educating kids on the dangers of sex. Today having sex can be a death sentence.
Talk to your peers. Get together with like-minded kids, you may not be able to change the world but you could have a positive impact on some kids. Even if it's just one turning away from this destructive behavior.
One more thing..try using the spelling check next time. Good luck!

Well, in my opinion, age hasn't changed when people have sex.
I think that because society is opening it's eyes a bit more, it is more widely accepted, that people aren't as afraid to keep it hidden. The only thing I would say is be careful, be responsible, and educate yourself. It's not a good idea to do ANYTHING without knowing the risks and methods. For the record, I am NOT young, but I did start young (13 actutally) My mother had me when she was 17... she wasn't ready , but she prepared me by educating me at a young age, so PAY ATTENTION in health class. It's good information. Never rush into it or try to push your partner into it either. You'll know when it is right for you. It's not an evil or morrally wrong thing, it's part of life. Heep a healthy attitude and you will benefit from that.

There are probably two main reasons. The first and foremost is that most parents are too uptight to talk about sex and sexual ethics to their kids. Most parents nowadays appear more interested in acting like their kid's friend rather than giving them the steady parenting that they may actually need.

Secondly, there is a great deal of pressure to act out sexually because of all the sexual imagery presented in various media. Anyone that watches music videos for any length of time may get the idea that everyone out there is having sex and that maybe they should be having it too. While sex is an excellent tool for selling cd's, movies, and what not; these rather crude presentations of sexual behavior tend to misrepresent what a healthy and responsible attitude towards sex should be.

The result is people are engaging in behaviors that can have powerful, life changing results precisely at a time in their lives when they aren't ready for the consequences.

More young people are having babies which is not the worst of having sex at a young age, however, it is traumatic and the girl is shunned by others. The worst is the high rise in herpes, hep c, HIV and AIDS in children having sex because they are having unprotected sex. Even if they are having protected sex the girl will lose because everyone will be told. The boy will get high fives and the girl a reputation that will follow her for many years. Having sex because of not feeling they belong, lonely, feeling unloved, and/or to defy parents.

I personally think it's because of peer pressure. Which is brought on by the media, music video's, dances, hormones, and just trying to be grown. Some just want to do things that they aren't suppose to be doing. Basically, I feel that most are looking for a way to prove to themselves they are no longer children. Children being is quote unquote bad word here. At that age they are young adults. If we adults treat them like young Aldus instead of children they won't have that to do. Again this is just my personal opinion.

Okay, you're a virgin. This means you have more self control than many teens your age. Most have not been taught that they are too young to be having sex. Their bodies are still growing, and science has proven that teens do not yet have the reasoning abilities required to think about the consequences of their actions. People nowadays just assume that teens will have sex, so they practically encourage it. Teens are curious and suceptible to anything that feels good, and sex is the ultimate of experiences to them. They have yet to distinguish between sex and love, which is why so many of them get hurt as teens and are afraid of committment as adults.

Sex before marriage is a SIN. God does not take it easy and you will get punished one day, i am 23 and never had sex. Still waiting for a my Girl, its not because i never got tempted or not interested in girls. several times i got the opportunity to have sex and got tempted. but i feel when you have sex with one person after marriage it will be more valuable and you will respect that relationship.
when having sex @ 14, or lower age your are not thinking about your future, you are loosing something that cannot be taken back, its precious . so keep yourself Holy and clean until you get married, every time u get tempted Pray to Jesus and He will help you to overcome your temptations. Read Bible Daily. May God Bless you

its natural. I certainly had sex at 14. That does not mean you should - but I did, and I certainly don't regret it, lo all these many years later -- I'm glad I did it.

Of course, I'm male -- so my views may have and may still differ from yours.

Reyn

PS I was playing with action figures at 14 too -- and having sex, the two are not mutually exclusive.

PPS To GIlado -- THANK ALL AND ANY POWERS that I don't think life and sex are abnormal, and am not stuck following the words of any bronze age book -- ANY ONE. You can, along with the fundamentalists of my own faith tradition (Christianity) have your books of myth and keep them. Thank you however for commenting.
