is it possible to put a developed photograph onto a website where someone would like to see it, if it has no links with the internet at all?

You first have to scan the picture, name it, file it then load it to a site like flickr, myspace, photobucket, yahoo or any number of sites.

There are several steps which will get you from paper to internet.
First, you must turn the paper photo into an electronic file. You can do this either with a scanner at your house, or places such as Walmert or Kinko's which have scanners for you to use. Walmart's are quite easy touse and will give you a finished file for use.
Next you must get the file from you to the internet. You will need a place for the file to reside which is NOT on your computer but which is on an internet server. Check with your ISP (Aol, Comcast, etc) as they usually have a bit of space set aside for their members for Web use.
You upload the file to the server using FTP (File Transfer Protocol). Most web services have thier own built in way of getting the file to the server so this is an easy step.
Once the file resides ont he server, it wil have it's own URL, or Internet address. The ISP or Server you use will help you to get the address of the pic or you can also view the pic online yourself, RIGHT clickon the photo, and left click on PRoperties. This will bring up a page onwhich you will see the entire URL Address. This address is what you give people to see it.
The address will look something like this:

if it is a dating site, there is no way you cant get where to put the photo and if you cant just go to your email which u used in registering with the website to activate first..i think this is what you need
