You may just have a big butt, and that just how your body type is, I am slim and have a big butt too, I lose weight and walk and all that stuff, but i ca not loose my butt. It has tight up, but it is still big. I would say, just tone it up and keep the butt. This is how you were created. If you really don't like your butt, then maybe you should talk to your doctor about doing something for it. Now that i know that they is really nothing that i can do to get rid of my big butt. I just tone it up and live with it. Guys like it any ways !

You know, If your mom has a big butt, then chances are you will too. You can excercise but like I said, if it is in your genetic make up ... like big thighs or legs.
The best thing to do is strip down and stand in front of a mirror. Look at yourself. And I mean look. Is what you have all that bad, or are you being teased by someone who is jealous because they do not have what you have.
I am sure your butt fits your body. It is neither too big or small, butt just right for you.

You're problem is that you dont appreciate the great things about you. The solution is to step back and love who you are. Love those things that you are insecure about. Love those things that make you wonderful. By the way, that is one of the things that make you wonderful.

I have several friends like that. Two of them are a size zero. The others are around sizes 2 & 4. There really isn't anything you can do about your DNA, though. They've learned to work it, and that's what you need to do too, girl!

I think you should just learn to appreciate it, but if you can't do that then there's always the option of plastic surgery. You could look for a good plastic surgeon that will give you a free consutation and ask his/her opinion. I think that would be a terrible mistake, though.

front kicks, side kicks and back kicks are helpful to tone this area, and also wall squats- back against the wall, drop your butt down like you are sitting in a chair and hold as long as you can, your legs will quiver, and it works wonders for the bum and is easier on your knees, hope this helps.

Start working out. Walking alone doesn't help enough. You need to build some muscle and watch you daily calories. Go to this site to figure out you daily calorie limit to lose weight.
