Do you think that Gilligan's Island and Lost are the same Island?
I think that the Lost island is the same island as Gilligan's Island because in an episode of That 70s Show, Red Foreman says, "Something's up with that Skipper guy. You don't get that fat off of coconuts." I agree. So how does he stay so fat? I think he found "The Hatch" and is stealing food from the supply room. It's a good theory, don't you think?

I'm not talking about the place in real life, I'm talking about the Island(s) in the stories as if they're both imaginary.

Please just Yes or No and Why or Why Not. No more stuff about the sets or too much tv is bad for you.

PLEASE do not talk about where the shows were filmed, I want to know about the Islands that were part of the stories, forget that they're TV shows and assume that they really happened.

You guys don't have an imagination do you? Can't you pretend that the islands are real for two seconds and see the possibility that they might've been the same?

Obviously you're a big fan of That 70's Show, as are we. With regards to being the same"island"?? I'm fairly confident that Gilligan's Island was performed on a set.

Well maybe filmed in the same spots. Because if you have ever been to Hawaii and gone to where the Gilligan's Island series was trying to say it was (even though their longitude and latitude were not correct) there is nothing but water. They must be filming on one of the smaller islands around Hawaii is what I figure.

Yes there are definitely some similarities between the 2 shows. No one on Lost has broken the coconut radio yet though.

...Wow.

But it does bring up a good point.
Gilligan's Island is probably where they got a good chunk of their ideas.
Where's Lost's professor, though, making all the daring escape items out of coconut shells?!?

Gilligans island was fake, it was a lot in a studio that was dismantled after the show was over

yeah because a coconut is a fruit and fruits don't keep you fat. unless you're a fruit.
