Tell her too move out from your apartment if she doesn't keeps the apartment clean.
I would never live with a person who is SO unhygienic and doesn't cleans her room ewwwwwww.....
better tell her move out ...............and if you doing her part of cleaning then don't coz then she's been taking you for granted ..And be firm , so what if she's your friend, one should always have clean and hygienic surroundings too live in... As said cleanliness is next to Godliness...

tell her u r being evicted..u can print up a phonny notice and "pretend " to pack...she will find someplace else to go and then u can eother tell her that u paid the rent or u r not being evicted..whatever buit she will have found someplace to go by then...it worked for me
