You need to update your Norton Utilities or purchase either a new version, or a dedicated spyware detection and removal program, such as Webroot's Spy Sweeper.

That is definetly spyware. Well first of all that program that keeps installing could be located in your temp folder. Go ahead and clear out your Internet Cookies, your Internet History and Temp folder. Once you have done that also you might want to make sure you have the latest virus definitions. Also, might want to download microsoft Anti-Spyware as well which works great when it comes to removing anything lurking in your computer as well in your registry. The good thing about Microsoft Anti-Spyware is that there is a option in there that shows what programs start up when you boot up your computer. If you see that option you will see if that program that keeps installing itself over and over again you can actually have it removes it completly from your starup folder as well as the startup option in the Registry. You might want to also run Full Virus Scan in safe mode which there isnt alot of processes running which is a good thing. Some viruses tend to run with processes that are combined together when windows start up which is not able to removed because of access denied. So if your able to run it in safe mode that is perfect. Try to have atleast all the latest windows updates and virus definitions as well that should be very important to be up to date with any latest threaths out there. One more thing, see which is your default web page because it might be going to a different site that is not suppose to go to so check on that as well.

Go here: http://www.anti-spyware-download.com/index_tc.html?c=202&kw=trust+cleaner
Looks like it's a free download. It also gives you a little background like the fact that this is a rogue antispyware program.
