i have the same problem, im doing a food diary to see what food does not suit me , iv noticed breadfast cerels,lamb are not suiting me, it will take time but it will be worth it in the end also drink at least 2 lts water a day

drink water, lots of it, it aids weight loss and reduces water retention,if you dont drink ENOUGH water, you retain it, your kidneys need it to flush everything thorugh, otherwise it holds onto it..

it happens to me too before my perriod. you should drink green tea and lots of water and don't eat too salty.

try activia yoghurts, they really do work i used them and was fine in a few days!

Maybe it could be ovulation ....or you are about to receive your period. but you could also have intestinal gas....
