No one, neither creationists or evolutionists, postulates that humans existed millions of years ago. We are a rather recent invention of nature.
But if it was possible, then some humans' skeletons from that era might have turned into rocks in much the same manner that the wood in petrified trees turned into rocks.

I found a fossil of God once. It was very small becuase he obviously died a very, very long time ago.

Now we have dealt with the reilgious nutters, it is the fossil record of early hominids that gives us clues as to how modern man evolved. The first man to stand upright was home erectus, dated to about 1.9 million years ago.

Homo sapines (modern man, or us) first appears in the fossil record about 500,000 years ago.

So yes, we find homiinids as fossils in rocks. But they are not as old as you might think.
