Why catch? Go to a pet store, and buy a whole bunch. lol. Besides, those carps at the pet store can be more healthy than those wild carps

it depends on where you go and if it is the only fish in the river , or lake yes .. we ran into a carp run earlier this year near Green bay ,WI. it sure shocked me to see that many carps .we were catching them all day long when we were suppose to be catching salmon or trout .only one salmon was caught the whole day :(
