My guess it would be the diet of cigarettes, booze and late nights. This may be a good beauty plan for Keith Richards, but it doesn't work for everybody. Having been a bartender, I can say that night-clubs are not the healthiest place on earth. But - as Jerry Seinfeld might say, " they do have many qualities that appeal to the superficial male!"

Because they can't laugh at themselves, like we laugh at them.So they just get tubby,unhealthy and just plain depressed...Except for Dave Gorman,now don't judge me,but he is funny and in a weird way quite good looking....sorry started to drift off into my own world!

because it's psychological health, not physical.
They make look unhealthy but they're probably really happy, friendly and good hearted people
