well that depends on whether or not you are happy with the results of your life i suppose....i like to live mine by Ralph Waldo Emersons poem Success
To laugh often and much;
to win the respect of intelligent people
and the affection of children;
to earn the appreciation of honest critics
and endure the betrayal of false friends;
to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others;
to leave the world a bit better,
whether by a healthy child,
a garden patch
or a redeemed social condition;
to know even one life has breathed easier
because you have lived.
This is to have succeeded.

It depends on how you have lived your life. You will die the way you live. If you have an open mind and see life as an adventure and if you really know yourself and know deep down that death can happen at anytime than it will be an act of worship. It is an ending of this body and it may be fearful, but for those who know you or happen to be there at your time of death it can definitely be for them a blessing. A person's death can be a seed if it inspires and moves others to really learn how to let go of silly beliefs and start to live fully.

seed seed Pal, relax....but none of mentioned in your survey. That is seed for your next journey...When you "die" people worshiping pictures they created "about" you and it is not the real you. That happens with anyone with no exception...even Jesus did not escape that crap. So the slogan "who cares" then will be entirely sufficient. Knowing the Truth on another side makes you do not care what they think about you and those who grief a picture of you actually does not care of real you...so you are free to enjoy liberation.

That's a tough one to answer without being in the situation. I guess I would like to say a seed, but I am a skeptic. I'll go with seed.

My last day would be quality time with family and friends which I try to live every day because one doesn't know when they will be called.
My last breath would most defenitely be an act of worship .

If I were to be totally honest with you, with my faith, and with myself, I would have to say that my final day of life would be spent sowing and reaping.
I would enjoy the blessings that I have been so very fortunate to receive. And, I would also share of myself ( my thoughts, my feelings, my talents, my faith, my love, my material possessions ).
I would thoughtfully give and I would gratefully receive. As my time comes to an end, my hope is that I will leave the same way I live.

Both. It would be a fit ending to a life well-lived, and a seed to all those who knew me and learned lessons from my life.

I'll just have to wait and see, though I hope that it's a seed, if I actually have to have a last day.

Both. An ending here, but a seed where ever you end up.
