We CAN calculate pi. It is 22/7. I could sit here all day coming up with additional digits for pi. It is actually relatively easy. However, we use computers to do it for us faster, just like we use cars to get us where we need to go faster than walking!

PI is just an math calculation. Math calculations are what computers do best, providing the the correct software program is used.

we are able to calculate billions of digits but computers are just faster at doing that for us - just as we can walk from one place to another but cars get us there faster

we are able to, thats how we programed the computer to do it for us. do you really want to sit down and calculate all the digits for pi?

lol. that question makes me laugh. i use to think that all the time. the answer to this i'm not really sure, but thinking about it too much makes my brain hurt.
