i dont think so there is city have thats name ...

and in arabic we have close name to it for girl ...

its Wessal or Wisal or Wisaal ...which means

"Reunion, being together, communion in love"

and we write it in arabic like thats ur name Wezal

and for the arabic name Wisal

Control Panel > regional and language > and set ur pc to arabic language ...
