whats pretty have to do with it? just cuz ur "pretty" doesnt mean someone will hire you and since your only 15 i dunno where u are but in california without a work permit your options are limited and your not gonna find much. i didnt get a decent paying job 'til i was 20, which was the beginning of this year, then again im an ugly guy so maybe that has something to do with it...my point is that minorities are taking good jobs because they kow what its like to be POOR and live horribly so they will work 100X harder then us normal people (who have a good education and experience) to get paid a fraction of what they would pay us. 2 words. WORK ETHIC

Any 15 year old that feels a need to qualify herself with the word "pretty" is probably best off acting in the porn industry.

I'm 17 myself and yet even as a teenager you can't find many jobs at all that pay well. You could always try babysitting though.
