If you really want to know what the itchy red stuff is why dont you go to an oncylogist and have them test you for stds and other germs that you can get from sex or from cleansiness

Dude, go see the doctor man! It could be an ingrown hair, it could be an adult form of diaper rash (from sweating down there) or it could be the start of an std reaction. You don't want to be sick down there, go get professional help! :)
